Rental Rates and Policies

Base rates are per night, with a 3-night minimum stay. The 7th night is free with a weekly stay and the last week is free with a monthly stay. A fixed cleaning fee applies to all stays -- thus, the longer you stay the better the deal! To rent for multiple months, call for applications and rates.

Max Occupancy: 4 humans (no pets)

Base rate: $220 / night (minimum 3)

Cleaning fee: $240

To reserve email reserve@NorthUmpquaRetreat.com but be patient for a response. Provide your contact info, group size, and the dates you are interested in. We'll try to respond within several days from a NorthUmpquaRetreat email address.

• Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a 50% non-refundable deposit (Visa, MC, or cleared check). (Partial refunds are only considered in the event of an unforseeable emergency and/or if all the vacated dates actually get rebooked.)

• Payment in full will be completed before or upon arrival and before moving into the house.

• Corporate and government per diem rates are considered on a space-available basis.

• Monthly rentals are considered, on a space available basis.

• No pets or smoking are permitted on the premises.

• Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.

• Renters accept all risk of using Retreat property including the nearby grounds, trails, and river.

• Renters agree that repairs for any damage beyond normal use or major missing items will be charged to their credit card.

• Detailed information and rental agreement will be provided upon reservation and signed upon arrival.

• Rates and policies are subject to change until reserved.
